The No Win No Fee Claim Process

There are four simple stages to a claimOur service is completely FREE and without obligation or commitment.

From the initial call or completion of our easy enquiry form, our service is completely FREE and without obligation or commitment If you decide that you would like Claims For You to assist you with your accident injury claim, we guarantee that win or lose you will not have to pay any legal fees.

This can be achieved in 4 easy steps!

1) You contact us

When you contact us, you will be speaking to one of our accident solicitors. You will be provided with a helpful, confidential and friendly service where you can begin the accident claim process.

2) Initial Consultation

We will discuss with you in confidence about the circumstances of your accident and the injury that you have sustained.

If you satisfy the basic criteria required to make a claim for compensation we will send the defendant a ‘Letter of Claim' stating that you intend to claim accident compensation for the injuries caused by their fault/negligence.

Our accident solicitors will instruct a medical expert to assess your injuries (where required). Your solicitor will prepare a schedule of losses listing all of the financial losses that you wish to claim for.

The solicitor will send it to the other side asking them to pay.

Our experienced legal team will assist you with the completion of all necessary paperwork and will be with you every step of the way.

3) The Solicitor will proceed with your claim

The Solicitor will send out a letter of claim to the defendant. This is to inform them of your intention to claim for compensation for the injury caused to you.

You may be asked to go for a medical assessment (if required) Lastly, your appointed accident solicitor will assess any loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses and seek to recover these.

4) Successful Claim

If your claim is successful, you will keep 100% of your accident compensation.

5) Unsuccessful Claim

If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be liable to pay a penny.
