A Farnborough man, who was involved in a road traffic accident and suffered a terrible brain injury, has won his compensation case; where he is believed to have been awarded a seven figure settlement.
24 year old Marc Dallaway was 19 when he was a passenger in car, driven by his friend onAldershot Roadin Fleet, that lost control and collided with a car heading towards them.
The collision left Marc with multiple fractures and a brain injury, meaning he now needs 24 hour support and therapy.
The driver and his insurance company admitted liability to the claims of negligence that led to the injuries, loss and damages.
Mr Dallaway is believed to have received a lump sum and will receive regular payments to help with his care as part of the settlement.
