Ex-Abercrombie Worker Awarded Compensation for Discrimination
A London based student who accused fashion retailer Abercrombie & Fitch of discrimination has won her case in court
Riam Dean - a law student with a prosthetic arm accused the firm of discrimination and was awarded in court £7,800 in compensation for injury to her feelings. Riam was also granted £1,077 in lost earnings and £138 in damages for wrongful dismissal.
