Can I make a claim?
You need not be still employed by your employer to make a vibrating tools injury claim and you don’t need to have had medical treatment for your condition to make a claim. You can claim even if the exposure to vibrating tools occurred decades ago, but usually for most types of vibrating tools, the exposure must have occurred since 1975. If you have the above symptoms and have worked with vibrating tools, we will give you free, no obligation advice as to whether you have a claim.
What does “No Win, No Fee” actually mean?
It is simple: if you do not succeed in your claim, you pay nothing.
Will I have to fill out loads of paperwork?
No, we will be able to do most of the necessary paperwork for you. You will have to check the details of your claim before it is submitted, but we will assist you with this.
